  • All Hilldrup Van Operators have a Smartphone. In addition to normal cell phone use, our operators are able to receive new orders, accept or decline new orders, review new orders, update order statuses, enter information into a memo pad
  • We utilize an electronic inventory tracking system to perform the function of the Household Goods Descriptive inventory process.
  • Many systems are in place that not only help us go paperless but also help streamline our processes and make information available to all parties with the click of a button.
  • Our estimators use handheld systems to provide in-house estimates.
  • Online forms, including move initiation and claims, are available for customers to complete and submit directly to Hilldrup when it convenient for you.

Additionally, Hilldrup has numerous backup systems and communications channels in place to ensure that we are able to conduct business, no matter the circumstances.
