Centralized Household Goods Traffic Management Program (CHAMP)

Hilldrup Moving and Storage is proud of our involvement in the Centralized Household Goods Traffic Management Program (CHAMP) since its inception. CHAMP stipulates provisions for transporting household goods, privately owned vehicles, and unaccompanied air baggage of relocating federal employees to domestic and international destinations. 

Through the CHAMP program, Hilldrup provides the following to each federal employee that is moving:

• Economical advantages through significant savings off commercial rates
• Understanding of the standards and requirements of the Household Goods Tender of Service (HTOS)
• Expert assistance and guidance from Hilldrup’s GSA transportation management associates, ensuring adherence to the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR)
