Hilldrup Promotes Three New Vice Presidents to Key Leadership
Roles
New VP’s will lead Finance, Information Systems and
Quality/Customer Relations.
Stafford, VA. (July 28, 2011) – Hilldrup, one
of the United Van Lines leading agents, is proud to announce three
new vice presidents. The new vice presidents will provide key
leadership roles in the finance, information systems, quality
andcustomer assistance teams.
Connie L. McGrath has been promoted to the
role of Vice President of Finance. She has been with the company
since 1988 and is based in the Stafford, Va. office. Prior to
joining Hilldrup, she was an assistant branch manager in the
banking industry; she now leads the finance team at Hilldrup with
over 40 employees focused in accounting, customer billing,
collections and employee payroll. She holds a Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration from Mary Washington
College.
Roger Carroll has been promoted to the role of Vice President of
Information Services. He manages and directs the
information systems strategies for seven Hilldrup locations.
He leads a team of six information systems staff members dedicated
to designing, maintaining and growing the communications network
infrastructure that supports voice, data, mobile and Internet
applications. He has a degree from the Warrington School of
Business at the University of Florida. He has many certifications
including MCP, MCSE, CCNA and NCNE. He is an active member in the
Knights of Columbus and a member of the Fredericksburg Regional
Technology Council.
Linda S. Rivera has been promoted to the role of
Vice President of Quality and Customer Relations. She is
responsible for company-wide quality programs, certifications,
consumer compliance and the customer assistance department.
She leads a team of 15 people including corporate trainers,
customer assistance managers and quality assurance managers.
She has 15 years of management experience with Hilldrup developing
and growing customer service teams. She has a bachelor degree
in marketing from Humber College in Toronto, Canada. She is a
graduate of Leadership Fredericksburg, a member of the American
Society of Training and Development and a member of the Human
Capital Leadership Institute. She is an active volunteer with the
Volunteer Homeless Shelter and S.E.R.V.E. in
Fredericksburg.
