Recently, Hilldrup was contacted by Fredericksburg community group, MyFAMM, for assistance with preparing for their annual Christmas drive. MyFAMM, whose members interact largely through their Facebook page, is constantly inspired by their purpose to “recognize those who need us most and to silently and discreetly meet that need for local individuals and families in Fredericksburg and surrounding areas.”

With the holidays just around the corner, MyFAMM’s current goal is to help host a Christmas toy drive for underprivileged children across the local area. We were excited to help for the second year in a row by donating 60 dishpack boxes in which fellow businesses in the Fredericksburg area can collect toy donations.

With the many challenges that have faced our communities in 2020, MyFAMM is preparing to fulfill twice as many requests for toy donations as they received last year – this equates to upwards of 1,000 children in the community!
