After more than thirty years of service, we say goodbye to Jackie Goodman, who’s been our Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Services for the past six years, as she enters retirement. Her last day was November 14.

Jackie came to Hilldrup in 1980 and over the years helped oversee a number of divisions including customer service, customer assistance, business development and client services. Her invaluable leadership is a huge reason why Hilldrup so routinely has been recognized as the largest producer of national, international, residential and government business. Jackie was also the recipient of UniGroup’s Excellence in Sales Award in 2010, which honors the individual who consistently goes above and beyond in their position and exemplifies integrity and professionalism. It is a tremendous honor within the UniGroup agency family.

Hilldrup president Charles McDaniel was probably one of Jackie’s biggest fans, sharing these remarks about her time with us: “It’s becoming rarer and rarer that you find someone who stays with a company for as long as Jackie was with Hilldrup. But it wasn’t simply her longevity that made Jackie such a special part of Hilldrup. Every day she brought an expertise and passion for her work that will surely be missed by those who worked with her and those she served.”

Jackie plans to relocate to a warmer climate in Peoria, Ariz. Her retirement won’t be a quiet one though, she expects to take cooking lessons, travel to Greece and France to trace her roots and volunteer.
