Commercial Electronic Inventory Analyst/Project Manager (Maryland)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide technical, operational, and training to users of the company's asset management software by telephone or on-site with hardware and software packages. Ability to catalog various makes and models of systems furniture. To oversee and ensure the completion of relocations and installations in a timely manner and under budget. Conduct a regular audit of all customers on electronic inventory. Responsible for tracking cost of projects in progress to ensure we remain within budget and work closely with the billing personnel to track daily cost with the use of the current billing system.
Daily contact with customers, project managers, warehouse personnel contract administrators, National account personnel and other involved with various storage and relocation projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Two-year degree in business preferred or equivalent business experience.
Experience: Minimum of two years of asset management and warehouse experience. Product knowledge of main manufacturers of cubicles and case goods. Ability to read blue prints. Preferred Project Management experience in office relocations or office furniture projects.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations: Driver’s license.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work independently without direct supervision. Excellent communications skills, both written and oral. Proficient in Microsoft office. Ability to continuously prioritize various day to day job duties and have the ability to make timely and accurate decisions. Frequent evening and weekend work. Must be able to walk, lift, and carry for up to 6-10 hours daily.
