Assist the Warehouse/Facilities manager with the upkeep of the Stafford location.
This will include, but is not limited to cleaning, painting and repairing items in an office and warehouse environment, yard work – limb removal, raking, leaf blowing, and snow removal, drain fire sprinkler low points monthly, monthly fire extinguisher inspections though out the facility, monitor recycling bins throughout the office while performing other functions and empty as needed. Pressure washing buildings and outdoor furniture, assist with shoveling and salting sidewalks when required, escort vendors throughout the building, complete other general maintenance duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
Required to be on one’s feet for 8 hours a day, be able to lift 50lbs and climb a ladder. Must be able to work outside in all climate conditions. Must be able to take ownership of small projects and complete them with minimal oversight while demonstrating a positive, professional approach.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience with a construction background with proficiency to caulk, paint, repair and maintain office buildings and warehouses. Basic knowledge of plumbing, and fire sprinklers systems is a plus.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations: Valid driver’s license.
