International Administrative Assistant
Under general supervision, provides a variety of clerical support and communication duties necessary for the efficient operation of the International Department. Sending documentation to overseas partners via email. Registration of orders in Movers Suite, United system and Quotes to Go.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Experience: A minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a business office environment. Ability or performance history of meeting and exceeding objectives and deadlines. Highly organized and able to set priorities effectively. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and proficiency in a fast paced, high-pressure work environment.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations: None required.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Ability to access, enter, modify, and print data on a PC. Ability to accurately perform and verify mathematical calculations and to accurately review and proof information. Proficiency using a variety of PC-based word processing and spreadsheet programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
