International Move Manager
Accountable for all customer service on international relocations for national accounts, government and private business. Also accountable for pricing and trafficking on international relocations. Revenue responsibility.
Education: Bachelors degree in business or transportation related area or equivalent business experience.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of transportation related experience. 2 or more years’ experience in international business, including customer service.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations: None required.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Basic knowledge of world geography. Ability to read and speak the English language, composes correspondence, and develops a series of business/status reports. Must be proficient with PC applications. Effective analytical, decision making and verbal communications skills, including the ability to investigate business problems, develop effective recommendations, negotiate and present solutions and resolve problems in an efficient and professional manner.
