We are currently recruiting for an energetic, creative and customer-service oriented marketing intern. Reporting to our Creative and Brand Manager, the intern will work 15-20 hours per week, assisting with day-to-day marketing activities including: coordinating special events, giveaway and literature ordering, internal campaigns and sales presentations/emails.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting with internal departmental marketing campaigns;
• Creating sales presentations, invitations, bios, email campaigns, international updates and company alerts;
• Conducting appropriate advertising market analyses for all locations;
• Working closely with external vendors to update company website;
• Maintaining and monitoring company literature supplies;
• Assisting with monitoring and responding to social media inquiries and reviews;
• Managing the production of all company giveaways, awards and apparel;
• Coordinating internal meetings, awards ceremonies and client visits;
• Maintaining corporate memberships with local business and national industry communities;
• Processing invoices; maintaining departmental budget;
• Administrative duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Enrolled in undergraduate degree program (marketing, business administration or business related majors preferred);
• Exceptional customer service experience;
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively;
• Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills;
• Excellent computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
• Knowledge of Word Press, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and popular review sites such as Google and Yelp;
• Experience with Mail Chimp and Adobe InDesign a plus;
• Must be able to work 15- 20 hours per week.
