Move Coordinator (Orlando, FL)
Basic Job Function
Coordinates moves for COD and Commercial sales consultants as directed. Coordinate referral moves (interstate as well as local referrals). Coordinates national accounts, military and non-military OA/DA moves. Prepares paperwork for Operations two days prior to move date. Monitors moves maintaining direct contact with customers from the initiation of the order to its successful completion at the time of delivery. Responsible for assuring each customer is highly satisfied with their moving experience.
Minimum Job Qualifications Required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1-2 years customer service experience required.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations: None required.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Professional demeanor. Keyboard ability. Must be available to receive inquiries from assigned accounts/customers after normal business hours.
