Coordinates moves performed for Hilldrup’s national accounts, as well as, selected C.O.D. customers. Monitors moves maintaining direct contact with customers from the initiation of the order to its successful completion at the time of delivery. Responsible for assuring each customer is highly satisfied with their moving experience. Frequent contact with other United Van Lines agents, account personnel, national account representatives, customers, Hilldrup operations staff, and salespersons to coordinate moves and serve as a resource/contact for the customer.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1-2 years’ customer service experience required.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations: None required.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Professional demeanor. Keyboard ability. Must be available to receive inquiries from assigned accounts/customers after normal business hours. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
