Receptionist (Greenville, SC)
Basic Job Function
Answers switchboard and forwards calls to appropriate employee/department. Greets visitors, and notifies appropriate employee of visitor’s arrival. Provides administrative support to all departments as authorized.
Minimum Job Qualifications Required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of six months of work experience in an office environment, preferably as a receptionist who has handled a multi-line switchboard.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations: None required.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Good command of English language and pleasant demeanor. Must represent the company in a professional manner. Computer experience required (proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel). Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn quickly.
