Vehicle Maintenance Clerk – Seasonal (Stafford)
Under general supervision, provides administrative and communication support to the Maintenance and Risk Management departments. Processes vehicle repair orders, purchase orders as well as other supporting documentation. Assist with insurance and driver logs as needed. Works in a noisy environment. Subjected to frequent exhaust fumes odors and interruptions from drivers. Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
Experience: One-year experience of working in an administrative capacity. Technical school or work experience in maintenance facility. Knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations: None required.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Excellent organizational skills as well as verbal and written communication. Ability to access, modify, and print data on a computer. Proficiency using a variety of PC base word processing and spreadsheet programs. Ability to work in fast-based environment.
