Stafford Assists United Way and Publix with Toilet Paper Drive
Our service teams assisted with the delivery of toilet paper in support of RUW and United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg.
It was arguably the hardest item to find during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic and its need hasn’t decreased since – toilet paper! Rappahannock United Way (RUW) and the United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg partnered with local Publix stores to host a toilet paper drive.
When Publix concluded the drive, over 10 pallets of toilet paper had been collected. Hilldrup’s service teams helped RUW with picking up the toilet paper from Publix and then delivered the pallets of boxes to RUW’s offices for storage and later distribution.
We appreciated the opportunity to help our friends at RUW and for all that United Way does to provide our communities with the resources and items they need!
