Can you receive items from multiple vendors and hold them until install day?

Yes. Receiving and delivery services are designed to consolidate shipments from multiple sources. Items are received, inspected, and stored securely until your team is ready for final delivery and installation.

How are items tracked once they arrive at the warehouse?

Each item is logged into our Warehouse Management System platform upon arrival and carefully unpacked and inspected. Our team tracks all pieces in inventory and will communicate any damages or discrepancies promptly, so you stay informed and can take action early if needed.

What happens if an item arrives damaged?

If damage is found during inspection, we notify you immediately with documentation, including photos. This allows you to contact the vendor, initiate a claim, or arrange a replacement—before the item ever reaches the job site.
