Tim Licata

Vice President and General Manager, Stafford and Forestville

Tim Licata is the Vice President and General Manager, Stafford and Forestville. His oversight covers all household goods operations in the Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia (DMV) area. As part of his role, Tim also answers to Safety, Quality, Customer Service and Sales to confirm any questions or concerns these departments have during the move or storage process.

Tim has worked full-time with Hilldrup for since 2023 bringing over 20 years of experience to his role. Previously, he served as a Local Dispatcher, Local Planner, Claims/Quality Specialist, Manager, Local Operations and then most recently as Sr. Director, Operations. He provides clear communication in directing our teams, and what their goals for each move should entail. He sets the example for his entire department, demonstrating leadership and a team effort to all those who he manages through the strong working relationships he has with service teams and office staff.

In 2018, Tim was the recipient of Hilldrup’s Value of the Year Award for Unwavering Commitment.

Tim earned a bachelor of science degree from Methodist University. Outside of work, Tim enjoys watching college football, serving at church and spending time with his three children.
