Charlie McDaniel

Charlie McDaniel is the Vice President of Growth and Strategy for Hilldrup’s Workplace and Logistics division, where he leads strategic planning and business development for services including Workplace Solutions, Final Mile Delivery, Hospitality FF&E, and Specialized Warehousing. His work focuses on diversifying Hilldrup’s service offerings and expanding into new markets to drive long-term revenue growth.

Charlie began working at Hilldrup during summers while attending high school and college. Charlie and his sister, Jordan McDaniel Hinkebein, represent the company’s fourth generation of McDaniel family leadership at Hilldrup.

Charlie’s career background includes client services, residential sales and helping oversee Hilldrup’s branch network. Under his leadership, Hilldrup’s Logistics services have played a key role in broadening the company’s reach and capabilities.

Charlie graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Affairs and earned his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Charlie resides in Washington, D.C. In his free time, Charlie enjoys traveling and exploring with his wife and daughter, spending time outdoors, and supporting UVA and D.C. sports teams.
