George Roth is the Vice President, Residential Sales for Hilldrup, where he oversees the Residential Sales team, Customer Care Center, Virtual Survey team and Premium Services Program to drive residential sales across the company.

Since joining Hilldrup in 1990 as a service team member during his college years, George has moved up through the company, working as a Move Coordinator after college and was later promoted to manage the customer service department.

George is a strong team leader and in 2009 completed Leadership Fredericksburg, a nine-month program through the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce, where participants divide into teams and are assigned a project that involves partnering with area nonprofits.

George holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Virginia Commonwealth University. Outside of work, George enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, daughter and son. He currently lives in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
