Vice President, Customer Experience & Process Improvement
Linda Rivera is the Vice President, Customer Experience & Process Improvement for Hilldrup, where she is responsible for the leadership and management of the Customer Service and Customer Assistance departments and teams. She champions process improvement across the company for Hilldrup to consistently deliver the best overall customer experience.
Linda joined the Hilldrup team in 1995, serving and supporting customers in a variety of leadership positions throughout her career.
Linda is active in many leadership groups throughout the community. Linda serves on the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors and is a graduate of the Chamber’s inaugural Leadership Fredericksburg class, contributing as a mentor with the program for several years. She was formerly Vice President of the Leadership Fredericksburg Alumni Association, a former member of the Workforce Now Board, Government and Military Affairs Council, and the Leadership Colloquium Advisory Board for Professional Women. Linda attended both McMaster University in Hamilton Ontario and Humber College in Toronto, Canada, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband who is a retired Marine, her two adult children, and one granddaughter. She enjoys a daily walking regimen, and she is involved with several volunteer efforts in her community, to include her strong support of the Rappahannock United Way. Linda and her family currently live in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
