Troy Gibson is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Hilldrup where he is responsible for developing processes to ensure the security, dependability and innovation of the company’s infrastructure as well as leading the Information Services team.

Troy previously served as CTO of NetJets and brings over 20 years of experience with innovating and reengineering business environments and technology. He joined Hilldrup in 2022.

Troy holds a bachelor of science degree in computer information systems from University of Dayton and a masters of business administration from Otterbein University. He completed the Executive Education Program from Ohio State University. Troy has served as a contributor for CIO Magazine.

Outside of work, Troy enjoys skiing, golf, scuba diving as well as spending time with his wife and three children.
