Best Moving Company in Best of the Burg – 10 Years Running

Thanks to the continued support of our fans, customers and employees, Hilldrup is thrilled to announce that we have been voted as Best of the Burg’s Best Moving Company for 2025! The online competition, which takes place annually through Fredericksburg.com, invites locals to nominate, and later vote, for which businesses they feel are truly the best in the Burg.

From entertainment to schools and shopping to service providers, nominations for each category were held February 5 – 26 with a supplemental voting round taking place April 2 – 23. We’re honored to have risen to the top of the competition in the Moving Company category – now for the 10^th consecutive year! 

To celebrate with fellow Best of the Burg winners, George Roth, VP of Residential Sales and Customer Experience, and Shelly Snyder, Executive Assistant, attended The Free Lance-Star’s Best of the Burg Awards event at Eden Try Winery in Fredericksburg where the winners for each category were announced to all in attendance.

The accolade of Best Moving Company in Fredericksburg is especially heartfelt as this area is where Hilldrup began 122 years ago and where our legacy as an employer of choice and reputable solutions provider for moving, logistics and workplace has grown. This is not only a win for our organization but a personal win for each of Hilldrup’s 500 employees across our footprint. Taking place at Eden Try Winery in Fredericksburg, the 2025 Best of the Burg winners were announced at the local awards celebration to all in attendance.

Now for the 10^th consecutive year, Hilldrup has been voted as the Best Moving Company in Fredericksburg! Thank you to all who took the time to nominate and vote Hilldrup to the top of the competition once again!
