Linda Rivera Retires from Hilldrup After 31 Years of Service
Rivera has spent her career working with customer service and assistance teams to support customers across the U.S.
With deep gratitude and heartfelt congratulations, Hilldrup announces the retirement of Linda Rivera, vice president, customer experience and process improvement, following an impressive 31-year career with the company, effective Aug. 5, 2026.
Rivera joined Hilldrup in 1995 and quickly became a trusted contributor across customer service and quality operations. Over three decades, she held multiple leadership roles that showcased her dedication to service excellence, commitment to continuous improvement and ability to lead teams. Her work in the quality department helped establish many of the standards and procedures that continue to guide Hilldrup today.
“I am grateful for the people I’ve worked alongside and the customers we’ve had the privilege to serve,” Rivera said. “Hilldrup has been my home for more than three decades, and every role, every challenge and every success has shaped me in meaningful ways. I’m proud of what we’ve built together and confident the teams will continue delivering the exceptional experience our customers deserve.”
Beyond Hilldrup, Rivera has been a respected and influential leader. She served on the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors, is a graduate of the Chamber’s inaugural Leadership Fredericksburg class and has been part of several community organizations, including the Leadership Fredericksburg Alumni Association as vice president, WorkForce NOW board of directors, Government and Military Affairs Council and the Leadership Colloquium Advisory Board for Professional Women.
In retirement, Rivera plans to spend time with her family including her husband, a proud retired marine, her two adult children and her granddaughter. She looks forward to learning pickleball, traveling, continuing her daily walking routine and volunteering in the community.
