Shaping What’s Next: Hilldrup Recognized for “A Year of Excellence” at UniGroup 2026

Hilldrup recently returned from the UniGroup Learning Conference, and what an incredible
experience it was! Held March 3–5, 2026, at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel, this
year’s conference was themed “Experience Driven, Future Powered.” The event focused on
merging our deep industry expertise with future-focused technologies and strategies.

Beyond the workshops and networking, we were proud to receive multiple awards,
including recognition as a top agency for safety, hauling, and sales performance. During the
General Sessions, Hilldrup stepped onto the stage to accept these honors, reinforcing our
ongoing commitment to innovation, performance excellence, and people-first leadership.

The conference opened with strong recognition for our safety and sales teams.

UniGroup Fleet Safety (3-Million Miles Plus)

Justin Moyer accepted the Superior Performance award on behalf of Hilldrup for our commitment to road safety.

Masters Club Inner Circle (National Account)

Onie Girton and Bob Gallucci were recognized as winners in the “best of the best” category for outstanding sales performance.

Masters Club Inner Circle (Residential)

Dan Lees was also honored as a winner in the Residential category.

Sales & Hauling Excellence

The momentum continued with high-level revenue and achievement awards:

United President’s Club ($16 Million)

Russ Watson and Jimmy Murray accepted this award for Hilldrup’s incredible $16 million in booked linehaul revenue.

Hauling Award – Household Goods (HHGDS)

Carl Tisdale took the stage as Hilldrup secured Second-Place for hauling revenue.

United Sales Achievement (National Account – HHGDS)

Onie Girton returned to the stage to accept the First-Place trophy for Hilldrup.

United Sales Achievement (Government – HHGDS – CFA)

Linda Rivera accepted the First-Place award for Hilldrup’s performance in the Government sector.

Jimmy Murray accepted this award on behalf of our Hilldrup Orlando, FL team, recognizing them as the very best in total quality performance for their size category.

He drives Hilldrup’s brand growth and revenue through data-driven strategies, collaboration, and innovation. Cedric holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications and a master’s in business administration from the University of Maryland.
