Stafford’s Jason Kibbe, David Putnam and Billie Poole Recognized as United and Mayflower Van Operators of the Month
Three of Hilldrup's Van Operators, Jason Kibbe, David Putnam and Billie Poole, have been honored as Van Operators of the Month, an exciting and impressive achievement.
From our Stafford Corporate office, Hilldrup is excited to announce that our own Jason Kibbe and David Putnam have been honored as United Van Lines’ Van Operators of the Month for December 2021, and Billie Poole has been honored as Mayflower Transit’s Van Operator of the Month for December 2021. Jason was specifically recognized as the winner in the category of Household Goods for the Great Lakes/Southeast Region while David was the runner-up in the same category. For Mayflower, Billie was recognized as the winner in the category of Household Goods for the East Region.
David is a recent repeat honoree, having been named the United Van Lines’ Van Operator of the Month just the month prior in November 2021. Billie has also been recognized previously as he was named the Mayflower Van Operator of the Year in 2020. All three of our Van Operators are seasoned veterans who deliver the highest level of service to our customers while ensuring safety and quality are consistently met.
To be eligible for the award of United’s Van Operator of the Month, there is multiple statistical criteria, which must be met by the Van Operator:
- Be qualified in the UniGroup system for at least 12 months
- Successfully have driven 50,000 miles based on a 12-month period
- Earn a minimum safety performance rating of 25,000
- Hold a 100 in safety
- Rate a 1 on a scale of 1 – 5, with 1 being the best, in the areas of Claims, Compliance Safety Accountability, Customer Service, and Updating.
It’s always exciting to celebrate our Van Operators who are honored by United and Mayflower, but having three honorees in one month is an outstanding testament to the unwavering commitment of our team members. On behalf of all of us at Hilldrup, congratulations, Jason, David and Billie!
