An ongoing project as of spring 2023, Hilldrup’s Final Mile team is helping to transform the look and functionality of over 50,000 projected cabinet orders for two suppliers and their customers located throughout the Raleigh-Durham area. Whether our clients needed a new, more dependable provider or their brand’s level of service required more support, Hilldrup Final Mile was ready to get to work.

From the time cabinets are purchased to when they’re ready to be delivered, Hilldrup Final Mile understands that both the client and their customers are ready to get their project underway. Hilldrup’s professionally trained, insured and background-checked service teams organized the backlog of cabinetry orders that our clients were facing and streamlined the final mile process to ensure a timely delivery for all customers. With our new, state-of-the-art facility, located just minutes away from downtown Raleigh, Hilldrup Raleigh’s 124,000 sq. ft. of storage space was available for cabinet deliveries to be received and organized via our Warehouse Management System until they were ready to be delivered and installed. Our proximity to customers in Raleigh and Durham, as well as surrounding areas, allowed Hilldrup Final Mile to be able to easily pivot when customer needs or timelines changed.

Our Final Mile deliveries were expertly supported by industry veterans Mike Nash, VP and General Manager of Hilldrup Raleigh-Durham; John Vitacolonna, Workplace Solutions Account Manager; and Dana McCall, Operations Manager, Raleigh-Durham.

A high level of customer support and service was our goal as we delivered and installed each cabinet project from where other providers had left off. What’s more, for our clients whose cabinetry install projects took place within their workplaces, there was no business disruption.

All cabinets and associated parts were carefully and efficiently unloaded and placed in the kitchen area for easy unpacking and installation. The drivers were professional and courteous. I would use Hilldrup again.
