Despite the industry-wide challenges faced this year, UniGroup’s Centers Network Agents worked extremely hard to continue their steadfast commitment to quality and customer service. The Centers Network, comprised of Centers Agents, are UniGroup agents across the United States who service container shipments as an alternative way to move household goods.
Recently, UniGroup recognized those Centers Agents with the highest number of total stars awarded on their dashboard which is comprised of metrics including packing, delivery, claims and customer surveys; these factors are all evaluated in determining the final scores for each quarter.
Congratulations to Hilldrup Orlando for specifically being honored as a Centers Network Top Performer – the highest accolade! – for the third quarter of 2021. Previously, Hilldrup Orlando was recognized as a Centers Agent in May 2020 and later as a Centers Network Top Performer for the second quarter of 2020. Most recently, in December 2020, Hilldrup Orlando was recognized as a Top Performer amongst Centers Agents who received a five-star Customer Satisfaction metric. In addition, Hilldrup Atlanta was also recognized by UniGroup! Our Atlanta team was honored as a Centers Network Honorable Mention for the third quarter of 2021.
