Every year, all the UniGroup agents come together for UniGroup’s annual conference. In addition to all the festivities and moving chatter, it’s also a time for those UniGroup agents who’ve gone above and beyond to be recognized for their outstanding service. The awards span many categories, but one is particularly distinctive in that it is determined by UniGroup’s customers – aptly named the Customer Choice Award.

As you likely can guess, the Customer Choice Award is given to the company whose customers routinely endorse their dedication to excellent service. It’s a big honor, one that every company in attendance hopes to receive. For this reason, we are extremely thrilled to say Hilldrup won the award at this year’s convention – for a record-setting 19^th time. Every Hilldrup employee comes to work each day to live out the Hilldrup Pledge, which details our core focus for ensuring all of our customers get the best service possible. While we never doubt for a second that this dedication ever wavers, the Customer Choice Award is affirmation that our customers know how much we value them and work to make their move as flawless and easy as possible.

One of the other awards Hilldrup received was the President’s Club Award for being the third top producing United Van Lines agent. Considering United Van Lines has 450 agent moving companies, this is a tremendous honor. Hilldrup President Charles McDaniel was there to receive the award and share his thanks to everyone who helped make the award possible.
