Hilldrup Honored for Performance and Customer Satisfaction

It’s award season here at Hilldrup! Every year, United Van Lines and Mayflower – both for whom Hilldrup is an agent – recognize those moving companies who demonstrated the highest levels of care and performance across their respective networks.

Our Stafford, Orlando and Atlanta branches all were honored for their excellent service in various categories.

The Performance Excellence Award combines a branch’s quality scores from customer survey returns along with packing, hauling and storage claims data to provide a snapshot of its overall performance.

Customer Choice Awards are based on the overall customer performance average from all scores on customer survey returns.

This is the 23^rd time Hilldrup has received the Customer Choice Award, more than any other moving company in the United or Mayflower system!

John Warlick is the Executive Vice President and Managing Director, where he is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the company’s international division. He oversees business development, operations, and client relations, in addition to managing Hilldrup’s global partner network. John also serves on Hilldrup’s Board of Directors.
