Hilldrup Rocks Out with Industry Friends at Relopalooza ’23
Inspired by rock n’ roll, we were thrilled to join industry friends and colleagues at this year’s event hosted by CMARC and VARC!
It’s no secret that Hilldrup rocks at supporting relocating employees wherever their career is taking them next. From June 21 – 22, we were thrilled to join our colleagues and friends from the Charlotte Metro Area’s Relocation Council (CMARC) and Virginia Area Relocation Council (VARC) for their annual event, Relopalooza, inspired by rock n’ roll!
Taking place at the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel, Relopalooza ’23 incorporated so many fun details of rock n’ roll to really set the stage for the event’s networking opportunities and panel discussions. From the dress code, which included rocking your favorite band’s t-shirt, to a live D.J. who played the biggest hits from each decade of rock – from the Red Hot Chili Peppers to NSYNC, and New Kids on the Block to Guns N’ Roses. The spirit and energy of CMARC and VARC’s event was fun and vibrant!
Hilldrup’s Carrie Takamatsu, Director, Global Business Development; Onie Girton, Senior Vice President, Sales and Client Services; Molly Vickery, Corporate Sales Executive; Hunter Watson, Client Services Consultant; and Raleigh “Bucky” Burden, Manager, Customer Service were in attendance and enjoyed getting to see familiar and new faces in-person. We were impressed by all of the great sessions that hosted fantastic speakers and were inspired by the great discussions around the room. As always, CMARC and VARC’s events allow us to share why Hilldrup is such a great partner for HR managers and teams as well as think about ways that we can expand our offerings further.
In addition, Hilldrup was honored to be the Opening Act Sponsor for Relopalooza ’23! We’re thankful to all of our fellow sponsors who helped make this event possible. In total, Relopalooza raised over $1,400 for the Worldwide ERC Foundation whose mission is to energize the global community through charitable giving.
