My name is Jennifer Cleven, and I am an International Team Leader for Hilldrup. I am what you would call a “people person.” I’ve always loved working with people, and my background has always included some type of customer service role. I began with Hilldrup as a Summer Administrator in 2015 and was then hired as an Administrative Assistant. Since then, my career has continued to evolve, and I am now a member of our International Team.
In my role, we move our clients’ employees to and from countries overseas, handling pre-move surveys, the move itself, and any warehouse storage that happens in-between. We pride ourselves on listening to our customers, taking our time while assisting them both on the phone and in-person, and helping them trust and feel confident that we have their backs no matter how detailed their move may be.
I will never forget helping a previous customer move back to the United States. There was quite a bit of customs documents involved with the move, and my customer was overwhelmed by the paperwork. He came into my office where I had all the paperwork printed out and marked where I needed his signature. Going the extra mile, without hesitation, is what we do.
As a Hilldrup employee, I feel valued and encouraged to take advantage of opportunities for growth. I had the chance to attend the EIM, Essentials in International Moving Conference, where I was able to meet folks from all over the world in the moving industry. The experience helped me grow tremendously, and I appreciate that Hilldrup saw the potential in me. I am proud to be a part of such a reputable moving company that strives to be the best in all that they do. Their support means I can give my very best to keep our customers moving.
