Each year, Hilldrup participates in the annual Rappahannock United Way Day of Action, a day where teams of volunteers complete projects to help fulfill community needs.

This year, Hilldrup employees lent a hand on two projects. One group worked with Habitat for Humanity building walls and shelving to reorganize and sort items in its ReStore. Other volunteers distributed posters to promote the Another Day Walk, a walk to support suicide prevention.
