Stafford Receives CPR and AED Training with Gwyneth’s Gift Foundation
Thanks to the mission and heart behind Gwyneth’s Gift Foundation, Hilldrup employees were trained in CPR and AED education.
Gwyneth’s Gift Foundation was built on heart – honoring Gwyneth Griffin and educating communities on the importance of creating a “Culture of Action” through Hands-Only CPR and automated external defibrillator (AED) training. Hilldrup has long supported Gwyneth’s Gift, and we were proud to welcome their team to our Corporate Headquarters for this vital training.
On September 9, 2025, more than 20 employees participated in an on-site session led by Program Manager Tiffany Kay. The training began with an introduction to Gwyneth’s Gift, its mission, and how the foundation inspires and equips the community to save lives. Employees learned how to recognize signs of cardiac arrest, the proper steps to take should you be a bystander, from calling 911, assessing indicators, and performing CPR at the correct pace, and they then practiced these skills on training dummies. Tiffany also provided hands-on instruction for using an AED, including how to place the patches and follow the device’s prompts.
The interactive format gave employees the chance to practice, ask questions, and receive feedback in real time. By the end, our team felt more confident and empowered to respond in an emergency.

Practicing our Hands-On CPR training on dummies was an excellent way to understand the placement of hands and the pace of which chest compressions should happen in the event of a cardiac arrest.
