Tamika Mitchell is the Vice President, Human Resources for Hilldrup. She brings over two decades of experience to her role from leading human resource divisions for prestigious institutions and companies throughout the Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C. area.

Tamika specializes in recruitment and retention, leadership training and development, as well as compensation and benefits administration. She champions Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts for the company branch-wide, as well as strategic planning efforts to ensure that Hilldrup remains an employer of choice across each of its markets.

Tamika earned a bachelor’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University and her master’s degree from University of Bridgeport. She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential.

In her free time, Tamika enjoys reading mystery and science fiction books, attending dancing lessons and spending time with her family.
