Linda Rivera is the Vice President of Quality and Customer Relations for Hilldrup, where she is responsible for the leadership and management of the quality department and customer assistance department, along with employee development and training. She provides direction to all areas of the company to assure the quality goals and objectives are achieved, making certain customers are satisfied with the service Hilldrup provides companywide.
Linda joined the Hilldrup team in 1995, holding several customer assistance positions before being promoted to her previous position as Director of Quality.
Linda is active in many leadership groups throughout the community. She currently serves as a Military Affairs Council board member, chairing the Military Family Support Committee. She was formerly Vice President of the Leadership Fredericksburg Alumni Association, a former member of the Workforce Now Board and the Leadership Colloquium Advisory Board for Professional Women. Linda also is a graduate of the inaugural Leadership Fredericksburg class with the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce and still serves as a mentor with the program.
Linda attended both McMaster University in Hamilton Ontario and Humber College in Toronto, Canada, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with her family; her husband is a retired Marine, and she has a son in high school and a married daughter, who also works at Hilldrup. She enjoys a daily walking regimen, and she is involved with her church, as well as SERVE (Stafford Emergency Relief through Volunteer Efforts) in Stafford County. Linda and her family currently live in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
