Linda Rivera is the Vice President of Quality and Customer Relations for Hilldrup, where she is responsible for the leadership and management of the quality department and customer assistance department, along with employee development and training. She provides direction to all areas of the company to assure quality goals and objectives are reached as well as championing process improvement in order for our teams to consistently deliver the best overall customer experience.
Linda joined the Hilldrup team in 1995, holding several customer assistance positions before being promoted to her previous position as Director of Quality.
Linda is active in many leadership groups throughout the community. Linda serves on the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors and is a graduate of the Chamber’s inaugural Leadership Fredericksburg class, contributing as a mentor with the program for several years. She currently serves as a Government and Military Affairs Council board member, chairing the Military Family Support Committee. She was formerly Vice President of the Leadership Fredericksburg Alumni Association, a former member of the Workforce Now Board and the Leadership Colloquium Advisory Board for Professional Women. Linda attended both McMaster University in Hamilton Ontario and Humber College in Toronto, Canada, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with her family; her husband is a retired Marine, and she has a son in college and a married daughter, who also works at Hilldrup. She enjoys a daily walking regimen, and she is involved with several volunteer efforts in her community, to include her strong support of the Rappahannock United Way. Linda and her family currently live in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
